TERMS OF SERVICE

Users accessing and browsing snapsho.com inherently agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy, Terms of Service.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

You must be at least 13 years of age to use snapsho.com.

We will attempt to notify you of all updates to this policy, but you are responsible for periodically checking snapsho.com for the most current version.

SnapSho does not claim responsibility for third party websites.

You are responsible for your account, with respect to online conduct, accuracy of information and management of content and personal information.

You must not use snapsho.com to dispatch any viruses or unsolicited emails to SnapSho members.

You will not submit inappropriate content to SnapSho that is offensive, unsafe or intimidatory in any way.

You must not participate in any unlawful actions with respect to your use of SnapSho.

You must not attempt to hack, alter, or decieve any association with SnapSho under any circumstances.

You agree that your use of the SnapSho web site is done at your own risk.

If any of these above terms are violated the necessary legal action will be taken and your SnapSho account will be terminated indefinitely.

USE AGREEMENT

SnapSho may cancel service or deny service to users without explanation.

The Terms of Service may be modified by SnapSho. Depending on the significance of the modification we will attempt to notify SnapSho members by electronic mail.

We reserve the right to deem content as inappropriate on snapsho.com and can take any action we think is necessary.

Content derived from snapsho.com must always reflect SnapSho as the source of the content in a visible and legible manner.

OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

All user content covered by intellectual property rights and submitted to SnapSho by means of a SnapSho kiosk becomes property of SnapSho. SnapSho reserves the right to a royalty free, non-exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable, transferable license to use all user generated content.

You agree that you will not violate any copyright laws when uploading content to SnapSho.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapSho and its Parent Company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all claims or damages including attorney fees, originating from content you submit or make available to SnapSho, violations of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.

SnapSho does not assume responsibility for any illegal user submissions.

SNAPSHO TRADEMARK

All SnapSho Trademarks are property of SnapSho and you agree not to use these marks in any manner without written consent from a SnapSho officer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no conditions should SnapSho and its Parent Company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages as a result of use of SnapSho services or lack there of, personal injury or property damage from use of SnapSho services and equipment, unauthorized access to your personal information or any other circumstances arising from use of SnapSho.
